Good businesses rarely fail for lack of effort. They stall because nobody has looked properly.
The same pattern shows up again and again: a capable business, real demand, a team working hard — and a way of running that was designed for a much smaller version of itself. Processes live in people's heads, admin multiplies, and the owner becomes the bottleneck without ever choosing to be.
Most outside help either sells a single product, or produces a strategy document nobody implements. Neither changes how Monday morning feels.
We built something narrower and more useful: look at the business properly, write down what is true, agree what to fix first, then build it and stay close while it embeds.
